INITIAL SESSION
This appointment is for either a one-time conversation to answer your wellness questions OR to try things out and decide if upgrading to a package is right for you.
60 minutes
PACKAGES
Packages are designed to support you throughout your wellness journey. I hold you accountable between your sessions via texting. Accountability is KEY to your success.
4 PACK
- One 60-minute session followed by three 30-minute sessions
- Unlimited text and email for accountability between sessions
Best utilized when four sessions are used within a two month period
6 PACK
- One 60-minute session followed by five 30-minute sessions
- Unlimited text and email for accountability between sessions
Best utilized when six sessions are used within a three month period
WEIGHT LOSS 12 WEEKS
- One 60-minute session followed by 11 30-minute sessions
- Unlimited text and email for accountability between weekly sessions
- This option is designed for clients with specific weight loss goals.
The focus will be on steady and sustainable weight loss. No quick fixes!
