Hey Eat Move Thrive friends,

We are entering uncertain times with the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s no secret that there are many unknowns. This causes a great deal of stress, anxiety and mixed emotions. With the recent closure of fitness gyms and studios and the NEED for social distancing, our health and fitness routines obviously will be affected. Below is an evolving list of resources to support you during this difficult time. Please email me (Monika@eatmovethrivespokane.com) with more ideas so I can keep this dynamic list going! It’s sure to continue expanding.

Sweating out the stress can only bring good things! Moving our bodies in a joyful way will create positive results for our physical, mental and emotional health! Be well, friends.
